Neal Richardson Sr

Biography

I have over thirteen years experience in software development and professional services, primarily in DevOps / Deployment engineering, as well as an additional six years experience in technical support and customer service from my time in retail and call center environments.

Throughout my career I have built my reputation as someone that people can go to with challenges and come away with solutions. My career has been a good mix of both technical and service-oriented positions.

In each of the roles I have held, I have met or exceeded expectations and spent time in leadership positions as a team lead or technical product manager or taking point on special initiatives.

In addition to my professional career, I also volunteer for youth in my area as a Scouting America adult leader. I am always quick to pitch in and help where needed, and I strive to keep the “big picture” in mind as I grow into a role.
